This Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) approved course (Course #: 0026040) for brokers and sales associates meets Florida's 14-hour requirement for Continuing Education (CE) which consists of 8-hour Specialty Credit, 3-hour Business Ethics, and 3-hour Core Law.
The Final Exam for the course may be taken as an Open Book Exam.
The exam consists of 30 questions and a score of 80% or higher is passing.
