This mandatory 45-hour course is designed for newly licensed Florida real estate sales associates and must be completed within the first renewal period (before the first license expiration date). The course builds on the foundational knowledge acquired during pre-licensing and focuses on practical skills to help licensees succeed in their real estate careers.
