The Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification course provides an overview of the buy and sell sides of the short sale and foreclosure process and the knowledge to successfully guide clients through the complexities of these types of transactions. 

Please note: A one-time credentialing fee applies to earn the official certification. You must also be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to use and promote the certification and its associated certification (SFR®) letters.

Once you receive acknowledgment of your course credit from NAR, you must submit a one-time application fee of $175 to complete your certification and access your credential resources.

**Florida licensees will earn 6 hours of Continuing Education (CE) Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit toward the SFR® Certification.
